MEDICAL SERVICES

First Response

The AGS Medical Team rapidly deploys effective responses to an array of medical emergencies including single or multiple casualties, and or equipment malfunctions leading to an injury involving drivers, crew, or attendees.

The AGS Medical Team performs a variety of services to maximize safety including but not limited to:

• Training and certification for all drivers and crew in basic Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Training for proper use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED)

• Electrical Safety Training covering safe work practices and proper methods to help disconnect personnel in contact with live circuitry

• High voltage safety equipment

• Training for Basic Fire Fighting

• Wilderness medicine

• Ensuring all safety equipment is present, in good working order, and is in calibration

• Predetermining primary and secondary routes to trauma care centers

• Obtaining air ambulance services when appropriate

• Obtaining local and licensed doctors, paramedics, and ambulances

• Coordinating with one or more trauma centers for emergency services and possible mass casualties

• Immunization planning, records keeping, and medical screening for foreign travel

 

Paddock Medical Coverage

Health Care and Medical Services will be available to those within the paddock, staffed by AGS doctor(s) and nurse(s)/paramedic(s). This service may be extended to additional locations such as hotels, preliminary, after-race events, etc.  To increase on the ground effectiveness and cost control, AGS leverages a global network of proven teammates to ensure compliance with the nuances of country-specific medical/security licensing and execution.

 

Truck Driver’s Medical Services

AGS provides health care and medical services available on the racecourse to drivers and will require staffing by a doctor(s) and nurse(s)/paramedic(s).

 

Medical Kits

Through our trusted medical products manufacturers and distributors, AGS understands the importance of being ready to preserve lives at all times, causing it to develop advanced medical kits to meet motorsport needs. We provide trauma, safety, high-voltage, and fire kits to ensure everyone has timely access to appropriate medical and safety solutions.  

 

SAFETY and SECURITY COVERAGE

AGS provides the following safety and security services including but not limited to:

• Basic perimeter security for high-profile events, paddock area, garages, VIPs area, etc.

• Land/water rescue, land/water recovery using proven Special Operation Force personnel

• Fire Fighters

• Bodyguard services for VIPs

• Secure communications using cellular, satellite, and internet-based communication devices
